your home · your rent · your building

Imara is your building in your pocket: whether things are working, what is booked at your home, what you owe and every receipt, and the people around you.

Your home

Your building today.

Home shows whether water, power, the gate and gas are working, as the caretaker last said, and the next thing booked at your home. Your calendar has the rent day, repair visits, inspections and notices with a date.

  • Report a repair inside your home and follow it from sent to fixed, then say it is fixed and rate it.
  • Report a problem in the building itself, with exactly where it is.
  • Tell the gate a visitor is coming.

Repairs

A repair you can follow.

Every repair shows who has it, when they are coming and each step so far, with the photos from before and after. Nothing gets lost between you, the caretaker and the landlord.

Pay

What you owe, and every receipt.

Pay shows what you owe this month and what it is made of. Under it is your record: every payment and its receipt, from every home you have rented through Imara.

  • Rent reminders when you want them: days before, on the day, or only if it is late.
  • Your rent passport: a short, checked summary of your renting record to share with your next landlord.
  • Your lease, and the same history page your landlord sees about you, where you can question any item.

Community

Your building, talking.

  • Notices from management, each with "Got it" and a way to ask a question.
  • The building's group chats, and your own chats with your landlord, your caretaker and the shops nearby.
  • Find: posts, offers and events from your building and the shops around it. A post a shop paid to show is marked Sponsored.
  • Shops your neighbours recommend, on a map around your building, and movers who will give you a quote.
